Gwinnett Building Babies’ Brains empowers parents to be their child’s first and best teacher, and the developmental survey is a key part of that mission. We led the design and development of an interactive, multilingual survey that allows parents to track age-appropriate milestones and receive personalized resources based on their responses, focusing on support and guidance.

Available in Gwinnett’s top five languages (English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese), the survey delivers highly specific, age-based resources and emails results directly to parents for easy follow-up. Built with accessibility, clarity, and cultural relevance in mind, the survey helps families confidently support their child’s development from birth through early childhood.

Development is different for on each child. The developmental survey was designed to meet families where they are to deliver the right resources at the right time.

With clear, accessible language and deep age-by-age breakdowns, the survey allows parents and caregivers to unlock hundreds of personalized resources based on their child’s milestones.

Personalized resources are listed based on unmet milestones, ensuring families receive support that’s relevant to their child’s current development.

Those tailored resources are then delivered directly to parents and caregivers via email, making it easy to revisit, share, and take the next steps with confidence.
