Richardson Housing Group came to us for support in updating their website in a way that would better showcase available homes and tell the business’s story well. Through our website design and development process, we walked their team through vision board exercises to determine the design direction and worked with our development partners to find the best solutions for the technological needs of the site. We also collaborated with the Richardson Housing Group team to develop updated content for each page. The result is a beautifully designed website that is easy to navigate and engaging for homebuyers and highlights the benefits of a home-buying experience with Richardson Housing Group.
Custom Maps are used throughout the site to improve user experience and make the site dynamic and interactive.
The website color palette uses rich earth tones to blend the crispness of the homes with the colors found in progress photography to keep the overall site look cohesive.
Custom watercolors for home types help soften the rich color palette and add a homey feel to the site.
Scrollable community pages contain a wealth of information, from amenities to sitemaps, available homes, school information and galleries of images. Community pages also include specific contact forms to notify realtors of interest.
