In 2017, the former Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District (CID) underwent a complete rebrand, including renaming the district to Gateway85 CID. To help the community understand the reason for the rebrand and to build ambassadors for the CID, we collaborated with its staff to create kits to distribute to property owners. Each kit contained a letter from the Executive Director with updates on the CID’s work, a brand booklet telling the story behind the rebrand and providing more information on the benefits the CID offers, and an annual report, as well as some fun branded items.

Our work enabled Gateway85 CID to introduce the new brand in a memorable and engaging way, making a strong first impression with its members and the community. Furthermore, the creativity displayed in this project earned us a Gold Davey Award, their highest honor, in the Design and Print category.

The property owner kits were well-received and allowed our client to engage with their members in a unique and meaningful way.

The property owner kits were neatly packed in a branded folder that also included coasters, a carabiner keyring, and a branded window decal for property owners to display in their businesses to raise brand awareness for the CID.

The newspaper-style annual report featured key stories and updates from the past year, including a map highlighting the year’s community improvement projects.
