I am the Foodie in Exile, a title I gave myself when I discovered that I was having issues with food. For those of you who know me well, you know that I love to cook so this was quite a blow.
Good news is I am now eating right and I feel fabulous. The challenge is getting back to being a total scratch cooker and using organic produce and additive-free meats and dairy, which can be difficult to locate and still have a good variety. Here are some tips on shopping.
Introducing one of Rock, Paper, Scissors newest clients: Andrew College
Located in Cuthbert, Georgia, Andrew College is the only 2-year, private school in Georgia, and has amazingly been around since 1854. They have a great athletic program and really focus on helping students who did not live up to their potential in high school to be better prepared to succeed.

One thing that Facebook will never be accused of is staying the same. It seems there are new features every day! Some of these changes go unnoticed, others cause a slightly-frantic uproar via frustrated status updates. The new "upgrade" to the existing Facebook Groups is getting mixed reviews by pleasing some and confusing many.
